Update: Thank you for reaching out☺️ These seem like really nice apartments. Good reviews. The exterior looks clean and nice, and close to I - 285. I'm giving this place TWO stars because I've been trying to get in touch with someone regarding availability or waiting list for a while now and no one has responded to my voice messages and no one ever answers the phone.

This apartment building is far beyond my expectations. I love the fact that there is a workout center and computer room which offers a great convenience to the tenants. I would recommend this apt to anyone based on the quality of living it provides.

Just moved here from the NW & have enjoyed NorthLake Senior Apt. Have enjoyed all the nice things they have done to make my move less stressful. Very much appreciate Joe who is our Maintenance supervisor who has done an outstanding job in helping me with any issue I have had. A big thank u to all.

Joe, the maintenance person, is awesome and very patient with the residents. He was very helpful with my mom with some issues within her unit, even when he had other orders to complete, he still took time to assist my mom. Pinnacle did a great job in hiring him. Thank you Joe.

Since they contacted me about their units with all information after my review i will take down my low review. I believe the main site and affiliate sites are not updated and they are not linked properly to right people. I will just consider it as the down sides of pandemics. Hopefully they update their website info/apartments.com info and link their schedule online via text message to correct person.

During my stay at Northlake Senior Apartments Sheena has been most helpful going above and beyond the call of duty . She provide positive assistant to my wife and I. On a star of 1 through 5 I would rank her a 6 plus. She always exceed my expectations as Apartment Manager. She desires to be acknowledge and rewarded. Furthermore she has been helpful to all the resident at Northlake. She is a keeper!

Great place for Active Seniors to reside. I've met and bonded with some very nice people. Great location, great price in comparison to other senior living places. Sheena, the onsite manager is very professional, courteous, and respectful, as well as Joseph, our onsite maintenance. Grandchildren are welcomed to visit without negativity from management. Overall, I am enjoying living at Northlake Senior Apartments.

Miss Dana was so patient with me during the acceptance process. She took all my phone calls as I was so excited and anxious to become part of this community. Mr Joseph seems to be everywhere all the time. You can always find him to help with any issue (I’ve only had 1 small one). He is friendly and always smiling despite his hard, long hours here. I really enjoy it here. The apts are quiet, as I don’t hear anything. I can decorate to my heart’s desire. Only thing I would change is having an elevator at both ends of the building - but that’s a corporate issue. Come. Enjoy senior living here at Northlake Senior Apartments!
